S M Zahidul Islam- Senior Physiotherapy Consultant
S M Zahidul Islam Sazal has been practicing Physiotherapy since graduating from the BHPI- Centre for the Rehabilitation of The Paralysed (CRP) under the Medicine Faculty of Dhaka University at 2005. he commenced his professional career at Prescription Point moving quickly into the area of Orthopaedic and Sports Physiotherapy. Over next 5 years he continued to work with Bangladesh Cricket Board (NCL, BCL) and Club Cricket (Mohammedan Sporting Club) and Bangladesh Premier League (Sylhet Royals) as Team Physiotherapist.
In that time, Zahidul continued to study and pursued further training in Orthopaedic Medicine, Manual and Manipulative Physiotherapy, Dry Needling, various Taping techniques and Fitness assessment and exercise prescription.
This has given Zahidul a depth of experience and knowledge in the wide areas of musculoskeletal, spinal and sports injuries. Zahidul’s skills are in the diagnosis of complex spinal pain and biomechanical assessment of injuries including those acquired on the sporting field.
He has also joined fellowship training at RECOUP, Bangalore and become certified Ergonomist.
He has a keen interest in Repetitive strain Injuries (RSI), Workstation Ergonomics and corporate wellness.
